Psychiatry Associates of Wyoming LLC and Psychiatry Associates – Des Moines (collectively, “Psychiatry Associates”) provide outpatient psychiatric and therapeutic services both in person and via telehealth.
By using our website, patient portal, or receiving clinical services from us, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use our services or website.
2. Scope of Services
Your specific treatment plan is determined collaboratively between you and your clinician based on clinical best practices.

- •Telehealth visits for eligible patients in approved states (currently Iowa and Wyoming)
- •Care coordination with other healthcare providers when authorized
3. Use of the Website and Patient Portal
Our website provides general information and does not constitute medical advice.
The patient portal (such as Healow) is used for secure communication, scheduling, billing, and limited record access.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- •Do not use the website or portal for emergencies.
- •Do not transmit unlawful or harmful content.
- •We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
4. Appointments, Cancellations, and Fees
Appointments may be scheduled by phone, online, or via the patient portal.
Advance notice is required for cancellations. Fees may apply for missed or late-canceled appointments.
- •Patients are responsible for providing accurate insurance information.
- •Copays, deductibles, and non-covered services are patient responsibility.
- •Unpaid balances may result in collections or termination of services.
5. Telehealth Services
Telehealth services are delivered using secure audio and/or video technology.
Patients must be physically located in Iowa or Wyoming at the time of service.

- •Technology limitations and privacy risks may exist.
- •Telehealth may not be appropriate for all clinical situations.
6. Privacy and Confidentiality (HIPAA)
We comply with HIPAA and applicable state privacy laws.

7. Emergencies and After-Hours Care
Psychiatry Associates does not provide emergency services.
In emergencies, call 911 or 988 or go to the nearest emergency room.
